Il Riposo nella fuga in Egitto di Juan Sanchez Cotan (Spagna, 1560-1627) è una delle opere più famose di questo artista che divenne famoso sia per le sue tele su scene religiose, sia per i ritratti e nature morte. Nel 1603 scelse la vita monastica e morì nella Certosa di Granada. L’opera si trova nella chiesa della stessa certosa.
